Seats 8 adults comfortably. 9 passengers tight. 120" Lincoln Town Car Limos are not rated to carry 10 passengers comfortably. Many companies overstuff these cars but they are only rated to carry 8-9 passengers in the rear. If you try to put 10 in the rear, be prepared for a tight fit.
