Be an informed consumer:

Many limousine company salesmen will outright lie to you over the phone about the year of the vehicles they operate (They say 2007-2008 when it really is 2002 or older). Don't be fooled by unethical limo brokers who don't own what they rent.  They use bait and switch tactics, promising one thing and delivering another older vehicle on your homecoming day.

Many of these companies do not have a MD Public Service Commision number because they are operating illegally and are not licensed to do business in MD.   Ask to see the vehicle that you are going to rent before you reserve it, so you won't get ripped off. 

If they won't give you an address to visit to see your limo from the rental company, they don't own it.  They should be able to give you the license plate number or VIN number and the registration should match the company's name.  Ask for proof of insurance. 

There are many companies from Virginia that come to MD illegally during Prom season.  Be careful if you rent from companies that come from out of state.

The MD Public Service Commision will be looking for these companies and will impound their limousines if they do not possess a MD Public Service Commission License. If they are not listed on the website below, they are illegal.

If a company doesn't invite you out to their facility to see their vehicles, they may have something to hide.  And it usually is the condition of their fleet or they are subcontractors that don't actually own the vehicle. 

Don't be fooled by all of the gimmicks used by many limousine operators today.  Free hours of service really means they jack the price up and then average the hours into the price they want.  For example 6 hrs of service for a Chrysler 300 may be $900, so the rate would be $150 per hour.  Instead of giving you that quote, a slick salesman may say "It's $180 per hour for 5 hours, which equals $900.  And because you are booking it now, I'll give you 1 hour free."

A Standard Service Charge (Modest Gratuity, dispatch fees, and fuel) of 20% will be included in your quote.

Travel, toll and additional fuel charges may apply for non-local prom pick-ups (more than 30 miles from our garage). Call for an exact quote.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE A VEHICLE: 25% of the total balance

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD, WE WILL ACCEPT CASH. YOU MUST PAY THE BALANCE IN FULL 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DATE USING MONEY ORDER OR CASH.

You must be 18 years of age to reserve a vehicle or your parents/guardian will have to place the reservation for you.
